Yes you may get a bank loan to purchase a property in Malaysia. The loan to value ratio will depend on your monthly income and other loan commitments that you may have. If you are buying a property from the developer in a new project, the developer will recommend their panel of banks for the project. If you are buying a completed property from the secondary market (resale) you will need to find your own banker to grant you the loan.
