I am a Malaysian working in Singapore at the moment. My salary combines with my wife salary is about RM 25k. Can I ask how much loan can I apply if I would like to purchase a condo of RM 1 million? Can I use the loan as downpayment for deposit?Anyone can advise. Thanks.
