I am aged 40 and earning RM2,200 per month and wish to buy an apartment with budget below RM450k for investment purpose. I would like any gurus here to give proposals possible if I can still invest without any single cent despite requirement to place booking fee which I myself have yet able to raise?

I have one unit of fully furnished studio selling at RM420,000 in Cheras. Rental at RM1500 (Very good tenant）payment on time and has been rent for 2 years. Call me at 0122670023  for viewing. Maklumat lanjut
