I am from Hong kong and want to buy a property in Kuala Lumper around 1M with good rent return. Please kindly advise any good second hand properties. Thanks.
Remarks: i will come to KL im October for site visit and please advise me any agent can speak Cantonese.

What return are you looking at? Between 3%-4% is quite common return nowadays in KL Maklumat lanjut
