I am in the process of selling my property which I had signed the SPA yesterday. (I did not engage my own lawyer for SPA).

However, upon signing the SPA, i did not get the 10% deposit immediately and I was told that they will stamp the SPA today. The lady who witness my signing did ask for my account no.

when is the latest i should receive this 10%?

Usually the 10% Downpayment will receive upon sign Sales & Purchase Agreement. Except Purchaser Withdrawal EPF/ Mark Up Loan downpayment release while Bank Loan Release/ Schedule Downpayment. Usually these will be discuss before sign SNP. Maklumat lanjut
