I am looking for an office unit in the price range of MYR450 000, in the Golden Triangle Area, near hotels, public transport. Can anyone help?

Christina,
You may have to increase your budget for offices in the Golden Triangle Area. The prices for newer strata office units are around RM750 per sq ft upwards and the sizes are usually 1,000+ sq ft.and above. However, we have a unit which is 820 sq ft for RM615,000.
