I am working overseas and required to retrieve my CCRIS report. I have sent my request twice to https://telelink.bnm.gov.my with the required document on 20/10 and 2/11 but yet to receive any reply. On 10/11, I have submitted another request to enquire the report but still no one replying. Is there any other alternative ways to retrieve the reports?
