I bought a condo unit to be completed in abt 3 years thru agent, already signed S&P, loaned approved 4 mths ago. Agents mentioned that will give us part of their commission when developer release their commission. Usually when is commission release?

normally the agent will receive half of their commission after the SPA and loan agreement is signed, the balance of 50% should be upon Stage 2A of the construction.
but it all depends on when can the developer release the commission payment and how soon can the agency pay out to the agent. Maklumat lanjut
