I bought a property at bumi price of RM 800K plus,now I have trouble finding bumi buyers .Is it possible to sell it to a non bumi.I searched the title at the land office and it is written as no restriction. ( Tiada sekatan )

Hi Sherry,
If the title written as "tiada sekatan", the property can sell to bumi/non bumi.Unless there is stated as "rezab melayu". May I know where about is the property? Lang Ship fr Cbd Properties s/b. 016-3230 700  Maklumat lanjut
