I bought a unit at Dorsett Regency waterfront at Subang Jaya at about 1/2 year ago. Just discovered that MPSJ has not approved this project and will only get definite answer aftergeneral election. I have signed the S&P and load agreement. Can i get the developer, MayLand, to pay back the Loan agreement fee ?

Hi Steph, your lawyer should be able to advise you on your rights and the recovery of costs. As far as I understand a Loan Agreement is between a borrower and the bank. Try negotiating with Mayland although they are not obligated in any written contract. Maklumat lanjut
