Raymond,
There were only a few similar sized houses sold in the year 2010 at RM248k, RM250k, RM300k, RM385k and RM430k. I noticed that 18x65 ft houses are asking for RM308k and RM378k in Nov 2011 depending on renovations.If you are agreeable to appoint us to handle the salew for you, please call me at 0193330573  or email quantum6@streamyx.com.
