I have a house in JB which was bought under my Mother's name. My mother plan to set a will and she will put me as the property beneficiary. The issue is I plan to revoke my Malaysian citizen and become Singapore citizen. Is there any problem for me to claim the property in future when my mother passed away (touch wood)?
