I have a real estate sharing ownership with my sister and the real estate is located in Selangor area. The land tax is usually arranged by my brother on behalf of us and we paid him when we meet. The original land title had been grabbed by him since my mom passed away ten years ago and we failed to get it back when we want to sell the real estate now. Kindly advise the procedures of replacement of the land title please.

Dear Mrs Lee Anne, You will need to hire a lawyer to help you conduct a title search on the latest land ownership (just in case it has been transferred) and extract a copy from the relevant land office. The lawyer will be able to advise you on what is needed to be done eg.
