I have been referred to Ippeh for the fees of letting and on the website is listed up to 3 year, the fees that is to be collected is 1.25% of the gross rental. I was told that in Penang, the practice of agent fees being paid 50% by owner and 50% by tenant, So if my rental is Rm1700 for 2 years, what is the actual fees to be paid?
