I have renounced my Malaysia Citizenship. I have a property still under mortage loan with bank, possible to transfer the property ownership to my parents? What's are the steps to solve this issue?

u can choose to sell ur property to ur parent , and they need to apply loan from bank as well.
A property charged to bank cant simply transfer without settled the outstanding Maklumat lanjut
