Our governing Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents Malaysia (www.lppeh.gov.my) allows us to charge up to 3% of the transacted price. Our professional fee are subjected to Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 6%. All advertisement costs are absorbed by the agent unless otherwise agreed with the client.
