I just bought a condo, can I know when do I need to pay the downpayment of the 20%? Is it immediately after signing of SPA, or base on the progress of the contruction of the condo?

Hello Jonn,
Usually a buyer pays the 10% downpayment (inclusive of earlier booking fee)upon signing the SPA. The next 10% payment will be due according the schedule of payment in the SPA provided you are eligible for 80% loan.
