I just bought a HDB flat at Singapore (According to Singapore rules, HDB owner cant have private property in other counries within five years)but my parents asking me to be a join loaner with them to buy a terrace house in Malaysia, but my name not appear on the Sales & Purchase Agreement. Can I do so?

I'm not sure on the rules of Singapore but just to confirm joint loan is not owning the property. That is the difference. SPA also dont have your name. Merely for loan purpose in this case. Maklumat lanjut
