I purchase one property which suppose to be mix development and they manage to extend the completion year to 54 months + another 6 months due to MCO, so total become 60 months. But at the end, the so call mix development idea was postpone and only 2 residential block was build. In this case, are they still entitle the for the 54 + 6 months completion year?
