I recently sold my Penang property through an agent. The agent didn’t clearly inform me that he is charging me 2% agent fees as buyer and non from seller. Usually Penang property would incurred a 1% agent fees from buyer and another from seller. My booking form also didn’t indicate that I need to pay 2%. My agent recently just notify me after the S&P has been signed by me and seller. What should I do as the next step?
