I want to sell my aprtment however the the title still under developer. IT has been more than 10 years, do I have to change title before selling ? if so, how ?

where is the apartment located? you can still sell the property that still under master title after 10 years. u cant change the title yourself, only the developer can do so. Maklumat lanjut

Better do the "perfection" or change the title first. Just contact the lawyer. Refer to the original SPA/SNP. You selling transaction will much easier afterwards. Furthermore, buyer also easy to get the mortgage loan. Maklumat lanjut
