I want to sell my double storey link house in Taman Cheras Indah, KL. Land area is 20 x 65 feet = 1300 sq ft. It has been extended at the back portion by 5 feet and partially repainted recently. May I know the latest and highest market value before I put up for sale? What is the lowest commission rate a registered agent charging?
