I would like to sell my home but cannot find any information about how to advertise in Property Guru and how much it will cost. You have information about Property Agents registering. Do I have to register as a property agent before I can use your advertising space? If I am not a registered property agent, can I still register as an agent on Property Guru

    I am now making the property available to persons outside the Taman. Any Agent interested in helping me to market it, do contact me. The property is a bungalow in Putra Heights, the most exclusive and in-demand residential area in Melaka. The home is creatively designed and tastefully furnished and fitted and is being sold as is (apart from personal content). The location is very central with easy access to every part of Melaka and several convenient routes to the PLUS highway. This property is for a niche market so only those dealing with such customers need apply.
