IF i buy dual key unit at setia sky residences condo now, can i hack the wall/ open up a door to combine the units to make it a bigger place for my family?
But later, can i build the wall back and rent the units out individually?

Greetings from Ohmyhome Realtors. For strata title property any renovation that changes the original structure of the property needs to get approval from the management. The chances of getting approval to hack a wall will be low, on the other hand to build a wall into the unit do not need management approval. Maklumat lanjut
