If I sell my house through agent, the booking fees and the earnest deposit (3%) goes to agent or owner? Is it true that upon signing SPA, means the loan has been approved? If yes normally how long it takes for owner to get full settlement of payment.

Hi, the 3% deposit will go to the agent's company where the agent will get part of the deposit and regarding the SPA, it usually sign after the bank approved the loan. It will take you 90 to 120 days for a Freehold and 180 to 240 days or more for a Leasehold property to get the full payment. Maklumat lanjut
