I'm age of 27, gross salary is RM4700, net salary (after EPF/socso/eis) is about rm4200. I am planning to buy 450k house, house will be ready after 4 years, monthly installment for house is rm2300 (inclusive Maintenance) , now only got car loan n gonna end in 2020. Insurance is 150 per month. No other commitment. Single. What do u think ? Am I buying too expensive for my first house ? Cheras area property n walking distance to MRT, expect for high yield of rental income. Need your advice from experts here. Thx

Usually the rentals are not be able to cover the bank loan monthly instalments and the market is still soft so it does not justify the investment at the moment. Unless you are planning to use it when it is ready and completed 4 years down the road. Maklumat lanjut
