I'm planning to buy a house at Johor for own stay. Recently a friend recommend me a project impian Senibong Residences which locate at Permas Jaya Johor. The developer list down many booming factor near that area, like MidValley Southkey Megamall (2016 completed) , Terbrau Bay Water front city & current existing infrastructure like highway, near CIQ, AEON. Besides, the down payment only need Rm 5k. I'm not from Johor, can somebody give me some opinion about this area?
