im wondering is it possible to be a part time agent or negotiator in property and if is can be done what choice do i have since i live in sabah??..and do i need any exam or qualification to be agent or negotioator..

unfortunately there is no need for any exam or qualification to be a property negotiator. In other word, there is no Standard for it. so it is essential to choose a good leader.

as for registered property agent. yes you need to take the board exams (12papers) and 2 years for practicing in a registered estate agency Maklumat lanjut
