In regards to kitchens, are owners allowed to have an open kitchen (on the side facing another house unit) without proper ventialtion and walls. This particular house owner has a mobile gas cooker outside and just do their daily smelly cooking - to prevent the smell in their house. Problem is that smell come into my house. There is nothing spelt out in the House Rules of my housing area. ( my property is in Selangor). Appreciate any advice on this. TQ
