Is it true that once bumi buyer buys a leasehold unit which is non bumi lot, it will automatically converted into bumi lot? And when selling back time, it has to be sold back to bumi buyer only. I never heard of such thing, need your clarification. Am afraid that the agent is giving me wrong info. Tq
