Is the building built with soundproofing material? I purchased a unit in KL Cheras and regrettably the building is built with no soundproof as such minimal sound from my upstairs neighbors I can hear very clearly. As such I intend to sell & looking for one that builds with soundproofing material. TQ & my apology for being annoying
