i've got a letter of offer from my developer. but my loan didn't approve yet.is it a must to sign letter of offer?

Check on the letter offer if there is a refund clause thing if the loan didn't approve. It is the most common thing that the developer will do in order to get the house sold or forfeit the down payment. Hold back if the clause is not there. But the best is check with the developer to clarify the conditions before signing. Its their obligation to make you understand before signing. Maklumat lanjut
