Landlord not refunding security & utility deposits after moving out with proper notice given according to the terms of agreement. Landlord is residing overseas and the rental was brokered thru an agent and the agent is not really helpful. What can I do now? Anyone please can give any advise. Tq.

Once a tenancy is signed, the Tenant and the Landlord contact s and mailing addresses are exchanged or stated in the Tenancy Agreement. Any notices to be given is to the respective Tenant or Landlord without further involvement of the agent. Alternatively seek lawyer's help. Maklumat lanjut
