Me,malaysian citizen have ic and my foreign husband thinking to buy a property in kl. We are aware that we need to get 1m property in kl. Can we apply the mortgage with both our name or it is better to put the property in my name and apply the mortgage with my husband name? Please give us some advice. Thank you
