My developer has handover house key to me at 2021. I have rent out my Condo unit on 2022. The tenant inform there is water leaking mark and I have informed developer defect unit to assign contractor to check with repair. They have run for repair on Dec 2022 but there is still leaking after few repair job done. May I know how to file complaint to get their immediate attention for repair?
