My house is almost ready. This year's end will probably be ready. Am I still paying interest if the house key has not been taken yet? Monthly payment is effective when house keys are taken?

Monthly repayments will usually start after the full and final drawdown of the loan is done by the Bank to the developer and you obtain vacant possession. Meanwhile, you will be servicing the interest on the progressive payments done by your bank to the developer unless it is under DIBS. Maklumat lanjut
