My name is not in the SPA. (SPA only sister’s name). Can I withdraw my EPF and help my sister on her housing loan?

Unfortunately, EPF's current policy would not allow it. However, if there is special circumstance which you need to do so, it is best to speak to the EPF officer at the branch office and discuss. Best of luck! Best wishes, JoyLand Properties (E(3)0743). Maklumat lanjut
