Dear Wong, As an owner you are at liberty to prepare a new Tenancy Agreement (TA) yourself and contract the existing Tenant. You need to present the TA at the stamping office (Inland Revenue Department) and pay the required stamp fees. Stamp fees are usually paid by the Tenant. If you use the same agent to do a revised tenancy with the same tenant, the fee can be negotiated to 50% of one month's rental.
