My wife is a Malaysian citizen and I am a US citizen. I am planning to buy a rental properties (housing unit) in Malaysia under my Wife's name. I need to apply for loan too. Is this possible? What are the process? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. You can reach me at cannan61@hotmail.com

If you need to apply for loan, mean the property is under your name and your wife's name. As you are a foreigner, so the property's purchase price must exceed RM1,000,000 if situated in Kuala Lumpur. Maklumat lanjut
