May i know if there any criteria on selling a bumilot terrace house in Penang?For some developer, bumilot is only meant for Melayu/Islam while Siam, orang asli is not their consideration as Bumi.

Is there a housing law which states which party is to bear the cost of the property agent commision? In KL, it's entirely borne by the seller. In Penang, however, I was told that the seller pay 1% commision and the buyer will pay another 1%.
