Usually when a strata title has been issued by the land office, the Joint Management Body (JMB) or developer will inform you to arrange an appointment to meet their lawyer (usually the SPA lawyer) to execute documents to transfer in your name and pay the stamp duty. If you do not receive any update on the issuance of strata title you may check with the JMB or the developer to seek an explanation on when will the strata title be expected to be ready.
