Properties posted on propertyguru website are not always accurate. I contact an agent who listed the sale of a terrace house on 20 Dec 2013 told me that he do not have the house. I can accept if he told me the house was sold but he told me he do not have this house that was advertised. The propErty is located in Nusa Bayu.
