Property guru, i would like to lodge an complain on some agents here. whenever i see a property with good deal, i intend to call and check with the agents on the availability of the property . most of the time, they reply it sold or not available and when i called up with my other number and confronted them in Mandarin, in sudden the property is available to purchase and special tag with urgent sale? what's going on? why other races cannot buy property in good price? or only 1 race is deserve all

Sorry to hear about your experience or encounter of the unpleasant incidents above. I would say this is weird. Perhaps you might want to clarify with the agents whom you called to seek clarifications as to what happened. The availability of a property for sale should not be race/ethnic related. As long as one can afford to buy a property and it is available for sale, then one should be able to buy subject to loan assessment. Maklumat lanjut
