PropertyGuru always send me email for property matching but I cant really actually see anything from the email at all, can I know what is the problem?

Dear Mdm. Grace Wong,

Your e-mail settings may prevent your e-mail from automatically download any content especially images, thus it could not appear in the e-mail.

Most of e-mail services nowadays have their own settings as to avoid viruses from spreading via e-mail, especially when there are many e-mails being sent from the same senders & it would be classified as 'spam' or 'junk' by certain e-mails services.

You could amend your e-mail settings & set any e-mails from PropertyGuru as "trusted" as to allow the images to be loaded automatically.
