Recently we would like to buy a second hand double storey shop lot and realise that is a bumi lot. Is there any chanses on non bumi buying bumi second shop lot？

You can proceed if it's a Freehold property. But for Leasehold & Malay Reserved, it cannot be transfer to non-bumi. So, you need to check first with your agent/owner. Feel free to contact me at 0172657503  (Shah), i would be happy to assist you. Maklumat lanjut
