Singaporean with a Malaysian dad here. Dad is 70+ and I am mid 30s. Can we co-own a terrace that is less than RM500K? Can I use my SG payslip to ask for a loan in Malaysia with a 50% downpayment as I don't think my dad will be able to get a loan from the bank. Will it be easy to inherit the property in the future? Your reply is much appreciated.
