The loan for an apartment was fully settled to the bank in 2010. The strata title is not released till today because the owner of the land or the developer was declared bankruptcy. In this situation, one has to go to the Insolvency Department to obtain the tittle. Please enlighten further to get a way to find a solution to this problem. Thank you
