We are selling our house.
It’s a joint ownership with my sister but she is residing overseas.
What to do please

Your lawyer will appoint another lawyer from the country your sister residing to go and sign the necessary document. Just ask your lawyer about the fees and progress.. it is simple. Maklumat lanjut

Hi Jhovan, your local lawyer can posting documents to oversea to your sister state embassy or local legal notary, and sign the documents under withness. Maklumat lanjut
