What are the rules for a joint housing loan with a foreign spouse? Wife malaysian is a housewife residing in Switzerland with working foreign husband. We want to buy an apartment in KL as second home in Malaysia. We also need a reliable loan officer to make calculations for us. Please could you help with information on what is required and what are the rules?
