What level of detail should the developer provide in the As built drawings? Plumbing, Electrical and also structural.
the developer is not willing to indicate the pipe size and material used for my unit and the "as built" drawing only showing general routing.
Are the developers obliged to give this details?
The reason I am asking is because due to the low water pressure, we suspect that the contractor used a smaller pipe size than what the Consultant designed for.
